Lenders DO NOT want to foreclose on a Client's home if there is any other way to resolve the issue. Clients Assist will negotiate with Lenders on our Client's behalf to obtain affordable terms. Our involvement can result in reduced mortgage payments, reduced rates, fixed rates instead of variable rates, reduced loan balances, 3 to 12 months without a payment, and the main goal of saving the Client's home. There are new programs being offered by the government and private institutions daily, which will allow banks to be proactive in loan modifying rather than foreclosing. A foreclosure DOES NOT benefit the bank or the homeowner. When you contact Clients Assist, you will be assigned your own personal licensed Real Estate Specialist that will explain the process, help you with the paperwork, and answer all of the questions you have. Clients Assist is led by a team of skilled, professional, and experienced Real Estate Professionals to help you through every step of the process. All of our team members are educated, licensed, and strictly adhere to our Code of Ethics.
