You have made a great decision to use Clients Assist to communicate with your Lender. This will show the Lender that you are trying to resolve the situation in the best way possible for all parties involved. Don't delay — the more time you give us to negotiate with the Lender, the better chance you have of avoiding foreclosure.

Lenders DO NOT want to foreclose on a Client's home if there is any other way to resolve the issue. Clients Assist will negotiate with Lenders on our Client's behalf to obtain affordable terms. Our involvement can result in reduced mortgage payments, reduced rates, fixed rates instead of variable rates, reduced loan balances, 3 to 12 months without a payment, and the main goal of saving the Client's home. There are new programs being offered by the government and private institutions daily, which will allow banks to be proactive in loan modifying rather than foreclosing. A foreclosure DOES NOT benefit the bank or the homeowner.

When you contact Clients Assist, you will be assigned your own personal licensed Real Estate Specialist that will explain the process, help you with the paperwork, and answer all of the questions you have.

Clients Assist is led by a team of skilled, professional, and experienced Real Estate Professionals to help you through every step of the process. All of our team members are educated, licensed, and strictly adhere to our Code of Ethics.

Clients Assist is here to help you through the paperwork and red tape associated with Short Sales, Loan Modifications, and/or Refinancing. Clients Assist will NEVER ask you to transfer the title of your home to us or anyone else.

Clients Assist WILL NOT do the following:

• We WILL NOT ask you to transfer the title of your property to us or a trust.
• We WILL NOT offer to buy your property at far below market value.
• We WILL NOT ask you to move out of your home.
• We WILL NOT rent your property without your authorization.
• We WILL NOT do a "Pass-Through Sale" to wholesalers to create company profits at the Client's and Lender's expense.
• We WILL NOT make guarantees to our Clients that we cannot keep.
• We WILL NOT misrepresent our intentions within the transaction process.

Clients Assist WILL do the following:

• We WILL provide the expertise of 100+ Real Estate Professionals licensed through the Arizona Department of Real Estate to help you EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
• We WILL always have Board Certified real estate attorneys available for consultation.
• We WILL adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
• We WILL adhere to all Corporate Policies and Procedures, Federal, State and Local laws, codes, statutes, rules and regulations.
• We WILL continue to be named an Ethical Arizona company that is designated a Reliable Member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
• We WILL continue to be an active and current company with the Arizona Corporate Commission.
• We WILL, at ALL times, totally disclose to all parties in the transaction.
